POTATO AND CORIANDER RÖSTI

60ml light sour cream
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
3 medium potatoes, precooked and coarsely grated
Combine sour cream, cumin and coriander in a small bowl. Melt a knob of
butter on WIZBAKE™ lined frying pan. Cook potato in
batches, until rösti is browned on both sides. Serve rösti with the sour cream
mixture.
