Coverflex is made of 100% food grade silicone and can be used with all kitchen containers. Perfect for preservation of foods, the Coverflex is easily adaptable to all types of dishes, containers and pots of different materials such as stainless steel, plastic and ceramics. It assures an optimal performance ranging over temperatures from - 60°C to +230°C (-76°F to +446°F), resists UV rays and does not deteriorate.
Coverflex is an optimal alternative to traditional transparent film and aluminium foil, which present several inconveniences. The transparent film does not allow perfect adherence to the container, can only be used once, cannot be used in traditional ovens, twists easily and often does not cover the complete width of the container. The aluminium foil on the other hand, can also only be used once, cannot be used in the microwave, does not seal airtight and deteriorates easily.
