MAKING CHOCOLATE SPIRALS

Cut a 1cm wide strip of WIZBAKE™ CHEF (approximately 15cm long). Cover in melted chocolate on one side. Wrap spirally around the handle of a wooden spoon - chocolate on the outside. Allow to set. Remove the spoon and remove WIZBAKE™ CHEF.
