Hosted at the Durban Exhibition Centre from 23 - 26 July 2009.
Entrance is R60 for Adults and R30 for children under 12 & pensioners.

Tickets can be purchased at the door or online. Purchasing your ticket online ensures you fast and efficient access to the show via the webtickets priority queue.

Celebrity Chefs to look out for
 
A star studded line-up of chefs that include flamboyant BBC Food celebrity chef Reza Mahammad, Indian cuisine expert who understands the constraints of the home cook and with his unique characteristic charm.
Mike Robinson, presenter from Heaven’s Kitchen, also known as the ‘Safari Chef’, because he loves hunting and cooking with game, uses real good and wholesome produce to demonstrate his unique cooking styles.
Cyrus Todiwala, has revolutionised the outlook on Indian cooking and is one of Britain’s most valued and respected connoisseurs of Indian cuisine.
Arthur Potts Dawson, Jamie Oliver’s original ‘Green Chef’ from Acorn and Water House Restaurants in London, will give new meaning to cooking with fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables.
What to expect
From the Garden to the Kitchen: Eco consciousness and change in values have resulted in massive changes in the way we live, share and consume. Seasonal cooking will be presented by Arthur Potts Dawson and other top chefs and workshops in this interactive arena will focus on sowing planting and useful information resulting in a fruitful seasonal crop. Recycling, reusing and reducing will be one of our main features.

The Great Wine Sale: This dedicated area will showcase some of South Africa’s premium wines, available for tasting and purchase at great Show prices. So be sure not to miss out on this opportunity!

Outdoor Entertaining: Witness fabulous gourmet braai ideas on a built in gas braai which allows for the control of temperature when cooking - elevating the art of the traditional braaing to a complete quick, clean and convenient cooking solution. Mike Robinson, our meat expert, will be joined by local foodies, celebrities and sports heroes whipping up fabulous gourmet ideas demonstrating how to cook anything on your gas braai.
