Clean Hands are the hygienic alternative to disposable gloves.
It consists of a thicker, more durable plastic glove attatched to a magnetic bracelet that rests on a magnetic counter stand or belt clip. The gloves are only meant to be used whenever one is to handle food, where after the glove is placed back on it's magnetic stand and in doing so renders the users hands free for handling any other surface. Thus the outside surface of the glove only comes into contact with the food ,which is not the case with traditional disposable gloves that are worn permanently.
